Good day

What a day… woke up to snow!!! In africa, jeesh what next. On top of that i had a great workout and squatted 200kg 4 2 sets (10,8 reps), felt really good doing it as well, could probably could have gone heavier but didn’t want to push it as i didn’t have a spotter.
